I am able and willing to adopt any of the three of the babies currently with your (Spencer-Chapin)ASAP program. I have put in inquires and called a couple of times but still am not sure how you are choosing parents for these little cuties. Are you passing on the inquires and then the parents make the selection?

If you are interested in adopting a special needs infant or if you are an agency looking to place a special needs infant, you should check out specialneedsinfantadoption.blogspot.com

It is a website that helps connect agencies and families interested in special needs adoption. It is also free.
