There is no mention of IR-2 Visa Entries in this article. A child adopted abroad, either an orphan child or a non-orphan child, can enter the US and automatically be granted U.S. citizenship with the I-130 petition rather than the I-600. Will the Certificate of Citizenship be sent within 45 days of their entry as well? |
