I am trying to find information about my father, who was adopted at the age of 4. I am told that it was in Wabash, Ind. He was sent to a home where they adopted children out, but later it was called Whites Institute. He was born Aug. 17,1919 and died Dec. 24,1960. His name was Elwin James, with his name being changed to William Elwin Teel. He also had 1 if not 2 brothers, Robert (Bob) James, and maybe Alvin James, a sister Audrey James. Any information would be greatley appreciated. Thank you in advanced.
