The little information I know about is that I was born in Iowa City at the Hospital on May 16th, 1971 at 10:20am. I did not come home right away because of an eye infection is what my adoptive mother has told me. I do not know the names of the Drs. that helped me come into this world. The BC that I have seen have my adoptive parents as my birth parents. I was between the age of 5 or 6 when I was told I was adopted. The last several years I have been wanting to have my records for the medical reason only since I have a 15 year old daughter.
