Hi,
Your reform ideas are very good. Actually, they go one step further than some of our proposed reforms as Foster Parents. IE Don't remove the children from their home in the first place, without substantiating the case.

I am seeing more and more case, where a bump on the head was just an accident. Instead, the children are removed due to Exaggerated claims from CPS and Law enforcement.

There are so many concerns, one doesn't know where to start. However, the concerns you gave, will certainly be incorporated in our site.
