Obtaining Identifying and Non-Identifying Information:
There are no provisions for receiving information from files. All adoption records are sealed and cannot be opened without petitioning the court for "good cause."

Obtaining an Original Birth Certificate:
An adopted adult must petition the court in which the adoption was finalized.
