Peanut Butter Cookies

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup peanut butter    Preparation       [Preheat oven: 350º] Mix together. Roll into balls. Mush with a fork. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are brown. When you take them out of the oven they need to sit a few minutes before you take them off the sheet so they can set up.
