"I do not understand how parts of families can be torn apart and n o one virutally seems to care. Adoption also leaves scars for siblings... as one who knows nothing about the brother taken when I was about 3 and he 17 months younger than I. I relive that day over and over. I couldn't keep him with me. Tis one cruel joke adults play. Open the records and give us all options. (And) criminal penalties for unauthorized release of information?
