Chapter 14-15: Revised Uniform Adoption Act.

14-15-02. Who may be adopted.
Any individual may be adopted.


14-15-05. Persons required to consent to adoption.
2. A petition to adopt an adult may be granted only if written consent to adoption hasbeen executed by the adult and the adult's spouse.
