Obtaining Non-Identifying Information: Adopted adults age 18 or older, birth parents, and adoptive parents of an adoptee under 18 may obtain non-identifying information.
Obtaining Identifying Information: Adopted adults age 21 or older, birth parents, and adoptive parents of an adoptee under 21 may receive information if consent is on file for the party that is the subject of the request.
Obtaining an Original Birth Certificate: An adoptee must petition the court in which the adoption was finalized to receive.
