Family Matters - Our Family Album
Shameless bragging is the prerogative of all families and our Adoption Community is no different! We're vocal, opinionated, and involved. Our experiences are as different as we are, and we are an international representation of all segments of the adoption constellation: adoptees, adopting parents, adoptive parents, birth parents, and assorted loved ones. And we are extraordinarily proud of our families!
It All Began in Kansas CityOne spring, several members of our community representing all segments of the triad, who had formed online friendships, decided to meet. They picked Kansas City as a fairly central point for many, and after the weekend, posted a photo.

Who are they? Names are at the end of the article.What followed was a flurry of postings of family pictures, several community members created family sites with more photos. It all got very confusing and led to the idea of a central album.
