Well-Being Outcomes
- Well-Being Outcome 1: Families have enhanced capacity to provide for their children's needs.
Performance indicators:
- Needs and services of child, parents, foster parents
- Child and family involvement in case planning
- Worker visits with child
- Worker visits with parents
- Well-Being Outcome 2: Children receive appropriate services to meet their educational needs.
Performance indicators:
- Educational needs of the child
- Well-Being Outcome 3: Children receive adequate services to meet their physical and mental health needs.
Performance indicators:
- Physical health of the child
- Mental health of the child
"Substantial compliance" : These outcomes will be rated on the basis of the onsite review. In 95% of the cases reviewed (90% on the first review), these outcomes must be rated "substantially achieved."
