Safety Outcome 2: Children are safely maintained in their homes whenever possible and appropriate.
Performance Indicators:
Services to family to protect child(ren) in home and prevent removal
Current risk of harm to child
"Substantial compliance" : In 95% of the cases reviewed (90% on the initial review), these outcomes must be rated "substantially achieved," plus the statewide data indicators must meet the national standards.
