Permanency Outcomes
- Permanency Outcome 1: Children have permanency and stability in their living situations.
Performance indicators:
- Foster care re-entries
- Stability of foster care placement
- Permanency goal for child
- Length of time to achieve permanency goal of reunification, guardianship, other permanent relationship
- Length of time to achieve permanency goal of adoption
- Independent living services
- Achievement of adoption
- Permanency goal of other planned permanent living arrangement
- Permanency Outcome 2: The continuity of family relationships and connections is preserved for children.
Performance indicators:
- Proximity of foster care placement
- Placement with siblings
- Visiting with parents and siblings in foster care
- Preserving connections
- Relative placement
- Relationship of child in care with parents
"Substantial compliance" : In 95% of the cases reviewed (90% on the initial review), these outcomes must be rated "substantially achieved," plus the statewide data indicators must meet the national standards.
