Frank Hunsaker, himself an adoptive father, is a partner with the law firm of Bullivant Houser Bailey in Portland, Oregon. He serves as counsel for plaintiff birthmothers in teh on-going litigation challenging Oregon's adoption records voter referendum.

He has appeared before and filed briefs in over 300 cases with the Oregon, Alaska, California, Idaho, Illinois, Utah, and Washington appellate courts, the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits, the US Tax Court and the Supreme Court. He received his BS from Brigham Young in 1964 and his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1972. He chairs his firm's appellate practice group.
