My husband and I are considering becoming foster parents. We're only 21 but have a stable and healthy living situation. We don't yet have any children of our own and are not looking to adopt a foster child
Any advice, personal experiences or opinions for us?

The best information you can receive on foster parenting would come from your local child services department in Social Services etc. Every state has different rules and methods of how it works.

You can usually find the number for them in your phone book or on line local government site.
