Our office has a caring, supportive and knowledgeable staff. We work as a team with you taking into consideration your needs, preferences and circumstances. Each adoption is a blend of counseling, support and honest communication among all concerned. Nanci Worcester has worked in the adoption field since 1986. Her own personal life experience of adopting and raising her two children lends you the understanding that smooths out the unique emotions and details of your adoption. Nanci is an attorney who specializes in adoption. Her experience allows her to know the potential problem areas and how to legally protect you.
Nanci is a member of the Academy of Adoption Attorneys, as such, she adheres to the code of ethics of that association. We facilitate adoptions for hopeful adoptive couples outside of California and process adoptions for California residents. Our goal is to provide the legal expertise and counseling that is a high priorty for the adopting couple, birthparents and child. Nanci has personally been down the same road as many of her clients through the dissappointment of infertility to the joy of adoption.
There are many details to consider that many parents have not experienced before. Our office is there for you as we help arrange the details of the adoption process during the weeks and months after your baby is born. We work with you to provide the agreement between the birthmother and the adopting couple. There are many variations of this agreement and we are experienced in guiding you through this process.
Our Adoption Coordinator, Deborah Simonds, has been here at the Adoption Center since 1987. Debbie brings a positive, authentically caring relationship to aid all parties in your adoption. We are very thankful for Debbie's special way of reassuring our birthmothers and adopting parents as she informs them of necessary information thoughout your adoption process.
