Hello! We are Ben & Tess

We know this is a difficult time for you and admire your strength. Ben and I have been trying for four years with many infertility treatments in an attempt to become parents. Now we are hoping God will bless us with a child through adoption to have as our own and to share our love and life with. We know you are facing so many difficult decisions. We pray for you and respect your choices. We want you to know if you choose us to be the family for your child, he/she or even they would be welcomed with open arms into a very loving, stable, safe and secure home. We would like to invite you to get to know us better.

ABOUT US

We met in an airport in 1992 and traveled right into each other's hearts. We fell deeply in love and married two years later. We are truly best friends and partners. I always say how great it is that after seven years of marriage we still give each other the "warm fuzzies". We definitely have that spark that will never die.

We own a lovely home in a small quaint old town community in the San Francisco Bay area. We are proud of our community and enjoy the closeness. It includes local parent/child support groups, and we look forward to becoming a part of the neighborhood play times.

Family is very important to us, and we are both so fortunate to have come from stable families. We were both always told and shown how much we were loved, how proud our parents were of us, and also how we could achieve anything we wanted. We are looking so forward to sharing that with our children. We have six nephews and two nieces, and they can't wait to play with their new cousin. Our families are very excited to welcome and love a new addition.

Education is another important factor to us. Our children will be given the opportunity for a great education, both in academics and life experiences including extensive travel and many activities we will enjoy as a family.

We spend all our time together. We love the great outdoors and always do our best to "seize the moment". This is evident by the activities we love such as camping, mountain biking, hiking, snow skiing/boarding and sailing. Our home is just minutes from our local yacht club where we keep our sailboat. It prides itself on its fabulous "junior sailing" program. We love to watch and help the children while they learn to sail and participate in many other youth activities at the club. We have a lovely 3 year old dog named Elsa who goes with us on many of our outings (even sailing!). She loves children and is great with them.

We also love to travel. We take frequent trips to Europe. We love visiting jolly ol' England and spending time out on the farm with Ben's family and our adorable nieces and nephews. State side we often go to the east coast to visit some of Tess's family and 3 nephew (we are excited about their move to the west coast soon!). We also like to take annual ski vacations and trips on the warmer side to the tropics for some sun and beach time!
